Good morning everyone,

Great job to the boys & girls that swam at prelims on Thursday & Friday night.

Excited to share that Newark HS will be represented in 4 events tonight at Girls Finals! That’ll be the 200 Medley Relay, 50 Free, 100 Back, and 400 Free Relay.

There are no assigned warmups, so general warmup begins at 5pm with the meet starting at 6pm.

I ask that the girls arrive at 4:30pm tonight to be ready for warmup at 5pm. The meet will start sharply at 6pm with our medley relay!

Any girls that were at the meet last night that are not swimming tonight and would like to come and cheer on deck, you are more than welcome to.
