Hey everyone,
It’s officially the last week of the season!
Please see this weeks schedule, below:

The State Championship Meet, prelims & finals, will take place at the Carpenter Sports Building (Lil Bob) at University of Delaware. Located on North College Ave for those who haven’t been there.
Limited parking is available at the lot across from the Lil Bob / Train Tracks on North College Ave
Unfortunately but not to any surprise, the DIAA has not provided coaches with any information on timeline for the meet yet, so here’s the timeline from last year. I’ll let you all know if it changes for whatever reason.
For Boys/Girls Prelims, please see timeline below:
3:30 PM - Doors Open to Swimmers
4:00 PM - Doors Open to Spectators
4:30 PM - Warm-Up Begins
6:00 PM - Meet Begins
Boys Finals Timeline:
9:30 AM - Doors Open to Swimmers
10:00 AM - Doors Open to Spectators + Warmup Starts
11:00 AM - Meet Starts
Girls Finals Timeline:
4:30 PM - Doors Open to Swimmers
5:00 PM - Doors Open to Spectators + Warmup Starts
6:00 PM - Meet Starts
I highly suggest that family/spectators arrive close to when doors open if possible, as the seating does fill up rather quickly.
Swimmers, please arrive BY 4PM on Wednesday + Thursday, so you are all good to go before warmup at 4:30PM.
Parents / Spectators, please have your child request their ticket code from me if you wish to watch them swim. It’s two tickets (2) per athlete.
To purchase tickets, go to
www.bluehens.com/promo and enter your specific code (once I have them and give them to you).
Coaches do not have codes yet, so just email me if you want your code for WHEN we do get them. It should be no later than Monday.
This week, we ask that all swimmers that have not turned in their team jackets, to please do so at practice. I don’t want to be carrying them out after states, so PLEASE don’t bring them there.
If anyone has any questions on practice / States, please feel free to email me
brett.melcher@christina.k12.de.usBest,
-Brett
