Hope you all had a great weekend.

Please see the schedule for this week, below:
- Monday 11/18 – Practice 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Tuesday 11/19 – Practice 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Wednesday 11/20 – Practice 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Thursday 11/21 – Practice 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Friday 11/22 – Practice 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Saturday 11/23 – No Practice (BEAT VILLANOVA)

As a reminder, you SHOULD be attending practice EVERY night. However, if you are unable to do so, you are still required to attend more practices in a given week than practices missed, per the team contract.

So, in a 5-day week, that’s a MINIMUM of 3 practices attended per week (excluding weeks we have meets).

Please make sure you all are bringing COPIES of your sports physical, along with the completed contract & booster form to practice if you have not done so already.
